After years of touching physical bodies I began to understand there was something much deeper creating chronic pain. This led me to investigate the mind body connection.  Emotional pain creates physical pain.

Unprocessed emotions manifest in the cellular tissue of the body. The body keeps the score. To heal we must feel the suppressed and repressed emotions that were never felt and processed.

I've created this program based off my own trauma, grief, addiction, and suffering! I'm committed to helping my clients move through the most transformative and efficient way possible.  I use a very simple 5 step approach to help you learn to self heal and release chronic pain and ailments.
